Minister Joy A. Massenburg is a native of Petersburg, VA. She is the middle childof three siblings born to Willie E. Massenburg, Sr. and Joyce W. Massenburg. Joy attended Old Dominion University. She has been with the St. Mark Deliverance Center in Portsmouth, VA for 24 years under the leadership of the late Chief Apostle Marion Jones, now Overseer Martha Provo.
